I was hired by Aden & Anais / Halo to help ramp up their capacity for developing IOT products. Halo is known for sleeping products for infants the promote safe sleep and reduce the risk of SIDS. They had been focused on traditional products such as swaddles that keep babies on their backs and bassinets that allow babies to have a safe enclosed sleeping space near their parents. Their vision was to develop IOT products including wearable health monitors and cameras to continue their innovation in safe sleeping products.

The Halo SleepSure monitor consists of a charging station that connects to the home’s Wi-Fi, a sensor worn by the baby, and an App for the parents to monitor.
The Halo SleepSure monitor measures heartrate, skin temperature, and sleep position in real time.
Parents can see the history of each tracked measure overtime and get notified on sleep behavior patterns
